We make every effort to display product colours and designs as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee exact colour representation on all screens.

3. Personalisation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (including names, text, and uploaded images) are correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, customs processing).

6. Returns & Refunds

As all items are personalised and made to order:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@thepetgift.com within a reasonable timeframe with photos of the issue.

Where a return is accepted, a £4.99 return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
